School Sponsorship Programme
During one of our many trips to Guatemala Laura was aware that so many children did not attend school, when she enquired about this there were several reasons for this. Education in Guatemala is free but children have to provide their own uniform, shoes, stationery, text books and school books. This is an expense that some families in Chiquimula cannot afford, as a result approximately only 49% of children attend school.
What can YOU do?
